PARENT/GUARDIAN #1

PARENT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

WWSO relies on parent volunteers to help teach the girls and to keep costs low. This means that each team will have to help out at the Snack Stand 2-3 times per season, and that each family will need to work in the Snack Stand, usually once per season.

If you select one of the following roles, you DO NOT need to work in the Snack Stand:

Head Coaches, Team Sponsors, Field Sponsors, Board Members

The following roles DO need to work the Snack Stand:

Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Snack Stand

AS AN ALTERNATIVE, you may choose to pay the $50 non-participation fee and WWSO will hire someone to work in the Snack Stand on your behalf.

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches will be required to complete a background check before the season starts. If you choose one of these roles, you will receive an email with further instructions for completing your background check.
***If you have selected the Non-Participation role, please be sure to select that fee at the bottom of this form.***
