| Is it true that the CCD is turning over a new leaf in 2011 and has joined a gym??? If so, maybe chiropractic care is next?? If so, then VIVA LOS FROSTY BALLS!!!

| We would like to take the time to wish everyone a safe and healthy new year!!
2010 started off tremendously by winning the one-pitch tournament, and posting a 10-2 record for the first half of the summer. Our downfall was losing the Red Bat, Big Pete's injury, and the number of injuries suffered during the final strecth.
Frosty Management is ecstatic to learn about many of its veteran players focusing on strength and conditioning during the off-season. The CCD and Mrs. CCD have joined a gym. Artie's biceps are totally rediculous and he intends on breaking Tom the Chair's HR record. TK is working on hip rotation (if ya know what we mean), the Moose is loose in International countries showing off his physique, and CC is sprinting to the batting cages on a weekly basis. Finally, Coach Freddo built a gym in the basement as comparable as Equinox sports clubs, and all Frosties are invited to train. In addition to training, Dr. Troise will be available on a limited basis for a free spinal screening.
Please keep in mind that our 2011 campaign begins in March, and the Frosties are accepting early applications. Woodness is also working around the clock to land the Frosties the Big Three (just like the Big Three in Miami, Woody is trying to land Big Lou, Deesto, and John Woodworth on a full time basis). Mr. Patriot and Dom will once again be offered Frosty contracts, so hopefully this year they will be available as often as possible.
We will be holding a team meeting in February to determine the status of the Frosties for 2011, so please stay tuned!!

| I love these "team meetings" that are proposed every year during the winter. It never happens. Nobody goes...except maybe Woody.

| It would be wise for all interested Frosties to attend the meeting. Rumors are circulating that Coach Freddo is looking to step down and just focus on playing. Rumors are also circulating that BG has signed with two more teams for 2011, and one of those teams could be the Destroyers!!! We hope it ain't so, but the Frosty 2011 picture will be clearer after the winter meeting in February is held. Stay tuned.

| 1)Just show up and pay promptly if you commit to playing.
What I mean by paying is by week #2.
2) Roll the ump fees into the payment- no one wants to dig money out at the field.
3) Sit me in the chair as much as possible.
4) Get Phil down as much as possible- he gets sh*t going. The drive is there when he's there.
5) No complaining about playing any team-
it's softball it's gay to complain about playing any team in softball. especially on an open field.
6) Try to avoid meat-head teams in our division that will one day cause us to brawl. We are professionals with good jobs and kids that do not need to play meat-head losers that think they actually have a softball career.
OUT!

| Of course you love having Goerke on the mound. It's a valid excuse to bring down former major league ballplayers and LI Softball Hall of Famers because you know you have to score 30 runs to win!

| I am not sure if this is a compliment or not???? Do they love hitting off me or am suggesting I am making a move to the fully sponsored (after winning the Turkey Shoot out). Well at least partially sponsored as the ABA fees may be $5000
