| Back by an overwhelming popular demand, the Frosties will be playing this summer in Island Slowpitch again in the Tuesday/Thursday night league with all games beginning at 8:30pm. It’s a 12 week schedule, plus playoffs and all champions get a chance to play for the Island championship at Ducks Stadium. The league is scheduled to begin the first week in May, so that gives us about six weeks to shake off the rust and get into season shape.
Fees will be $220, so please mail me a check as soon as you can so that we can be fully registered prior to the start of the season.

| I am a utility player that can play all positions except for pitcher and catcher. I am trained by ex diamondback, all long island diamond award winner and St johns top player of decade GREG THOMSON. We work on foot work and bat speed so I can contribute to the team. I weigh 220 pounds 7 percent body fat and can distract opposing batters with my charismic salsa moves.

| Thanks so much for the invitation...I'm playing with the Brews on Monday/Wednesdays. I'm not sure I can commit to play each week, but I'd probably be able to fill in on occasion. I'd also be happy to pay any league fee that could be prorated to the number of games I can play. I know, I suck. Or, I can agree to pay based on my production....ex. 0 for 6 = $20 night, 1 for 6 = $18, etc, etc....hey, this could be a trend...put up OR pay...could be a new PONZI scheme in the making.

| Oh unfaithful one, the Frosty's have signed Spiros' coach. He is on the Lou Ohle Plan.
Frosty Management is currently working on new shirts for the 2012 season. A whole new image may emerge! Frosty management will take into consideration the fact that Tom the Chair was too embarrassed to wear a shirt with balls hanging from a dog's mouth, so Frosty Management will proceed with caution with a new design.

| Im a journeyman free agent from the old school who is a lights out relief pitcher. Think Enter Sandman when I come into the game. I have a wicked sinker, and these muscular steroid guys will have plenty of frustration beating the ball into the ground. I haven't given up a HR since 1992. Its very hard to elevate my pitches, as outfielders get bored when I pitch. I hope this team has a solid infield, as I induce plenty of ground balls.

| Good god! This is terrible. The Frosty Forum is burning. The CCD is breaking hearts. Several Frosty veterans' positions are in jeopardy. BG has reduced his amount of teams from 8 to 4. And this Spiros guy is like a gift from the Frosty powers that be, yet no one has seen him hit, field, or throw just yet.
I wouldn't hold your breathe on the idea that Freddo's jerseys will be reduced to nothing. My conditioning program is underway, and Tom the Chair invites all Frosties to stop by his garage on Sunday morning for afree PX90 session. His garage is like being at Gold's gym!

| Commrades!!! We will play every game like its our last and show these Juice Monkey, Juiced up Bats what the FROSTIES are about!! With our asthonishing pitching we will make oppenents have nightmares of us and when they wake up to get underwear from their dressers the Shit stains of fear will be waiting. Opponents will see we have the balls the size of Grapefruits and by the end of the game they will be spiting out the seeds. So in order to be a Frosty, You gotta beat the FROSTIES!! So lace up those cleats, put on that spandex and lets go freeze out competition. WHOOOOO WHOOOO

| Today I fielded groundballs and took BP. I fielded ground balls with tennis balls and golf balls to gain excellent hand eye coordination and make no mistakes come this season. BP I amped up my bat speed and got on top of the ball in order to rip liners opposite field. Home runs are easy when you are 215 7 percent bodyfat and eat egg whites out of a carton and give FREDDO the left over muscle MIlk to nourish his Zeus like figure.

| Artness was also in attendance as was little Freddo and old man Phil, so you could say that the Frosties were well represented and are ready to get the season rolling!
Frosty Management will hold one final gathering between now and opening day. Will it be a wing night, a bp session, or maybe even a one pitch or three game guaranteed tournament???? Stay tuned....
