2019-2021 starts at 4pm
Please bring a chair if you plan to sit.
• We will be discussing travel, schedule and player expectations.
• Please bring any friends that are interested in our program!
• We will have a guest speaker with an overview of nutrition for summer.
• We will be presenting the optional Out of State Combine & Tournament for those interested.

Mondays – Speed & Agility 6-7:30pm
Tuesdays – Field Practice 5:30-8:30pm
Wednesdays – Bullpens & Hitting Group 6-8pm
Thursdays – Run 1 Mile (on your own)
