One more thing.
I have not heard from Kevin Thompson, I wonder if he knows when our first game is?
I will have to call Johnny as I do not have his new work phone number.
We spoke in great detail about him deciding if he was playing with us or Cliffside Park.
I left the ball in his court to let me know and I have not heard anything.
Have you?
I'll call Johnny.

| He's on Cliffside's roster so I took him off ours. I assume he is with them. Pretty F'd up he didn't call to let you know after the 8,000 sor so things you've done for him. And 9 summers together.

| Ideally Butch it's 12 noon in Jersey City 98 degrees, then onto Cresskill(all sideroad travel since no highways are within 10 miles) at 4 at @ 95 degrees ,then onto Belleville for the nitecap where it'll only be 89 degrees. thats a nice 100-110 mile trip and 7-10 lbs lost.

Another turn in KT saga.
It seems that Klap spoke with him, and he is waiting for ME to call HIM.
I seem to remember, and there are pleanty of witnesses, DeMenna, Kevin Montelbano, DiG & RC to name a few that were present when KT & I spoke about his status at a fundraiser for William Paterson in February.
At that time, I made it VERY CLEAR to him that WE wanted him back.
He did not at that time, or ever since, given me an answer as to where he is playing this summer.
My question is this...what could he possibly be waiting for me to call him on????????
If it was up to me, this would have been settled back in February.
I still have not had a phone call or an e-mail from him.
Still clinging to the benefit of the doubt though.

| Farbs why you choose to communicate with me over a forum is beyond me but whatever. Rick don't question my loyalty, not once in 9 years has Scott asked me to pitch or play and I let him down.
Scott- Last season ended with you being done(again), friendships being compromised and Rick taking over the team which myself and other vets wanted no part of. In no way am I blaming you because you were in a tough spot but the entire season wasn't enjoyable for anybody.
Timeline-
Golf Outing(OCT) - You're still undecided, Johnny's out, Bev's out, Lautys are out, Demenna's in a wheelchair so I committ to Cliffside and you knew that. NOV,DEC,JAN no notice of change.
Beefsteak(FEB)- Nobody tells me of any changes since OCT. All of a sudden you're back and we are merging with Bloomfield. I tell you I committed to Cliffside for the 3rd year in a row but let's get some dinner and see if we can work something out.That never happened. So here we are with you asking Rick, Klap and JD what KT's doing instead of asking me. Keep in mind.
1. You guys are stacked and don't need me for the regular season anyway, beyond that is up to you
2. I Have a 1 yr commitment to CP right now
If either you or Rick want to discuss anything other than baseball I would hope you would call me rather than do it on a forum.

Questioning your loyalty? I was commenting on the situation as I understood it. At the beefsteak that I was not at you were told that you were wanted back by everyone me included and that you didnt tell Scott that you were with Cliffside. Since that date you haven't contacted Scott to tell him you were out. I found that to be F'd up with all we've been through as a team and with Scott in particular.
You, me , Dig, Lauty, and scott are all thats left of the original team. If your telling me that what I understood to be fact is not fact fine. Never did I question loyalty I questioned the events I understood to have led up to your playing with Cliffside. I put the roster up in Feb. with you obviously on it then I found out you were not with us...
I felt you owed Scott, not me, a call to let him know your decision. You say that converstion took place, I was under the impression it did not. Good luck with CP.. Its been a pleasure the last 9 years.

Please do me one last favor and please take care of that thing that is still outstanding.
When you needed a friend, I was there for you.
Though one thing has nothing to do with the other, I think I have done more than my part when it has come to our friendship, and now that you have made this decision, it, to me, shows what our freindship means to you.
I would appreciate you living up to your end of the bargain as it has been 3 years.
I am not mad, I am disappointed.
