Joe, Kelly, Brad, Tim, Mike and Henry: Great win today against the Chiefs. Wow, what a season so far! What a great year this is turning out to be for the team. Our family is having a great time coming out every Sat. and watching them as they keep performing better. It just seems like it's 'clicking'. Coaches, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy and hectic schedules to make a group of boys become their best.

I believe you are getting the most from these boys(and any other boys that are lucky enough to have you all as coaches) because of the immense respect they have for you as coaches. It seems to me that you treat football as a life lesson and are very passionate about it. I know this from some of the things that our son has told us that you've said. We so appreciate your 'talks' with the boys because this has given our son additional insight into what it takes to be a true coach. I know for sure that our son loves this game and has a strong desire to play for as long as he can and a large part of that is because of the great group of coaches we have that follow a positive and focused path.

You are real role models and towers of dignity that the team looks up to. In this day and age, that can be sometimes hard to find. Your motivation recipe and strict discipline on the field will influence our sons to no doubt become better football players and ultimately, use some of these acquired skills as they navigate through life. You coaches have the right formula for this team. Keep it up!
