Last night I thought Jeff Niemeier's speech to the boys was great! Listening to him last night made me even more aware of why it is such an honor to be a Raider. I hope he helped all the players understand the importance of #73 and what #73 means to former Raiders. Jeff and his Raider teams set the foundation of the great tradition that we have. When he was talking about winning the super Bowl I started thinking about all our current players years from now talking about their Super Bowl stories. What a tradition and great experience for young men! Thank you Jeff!
