Class 2009 - Robbie Semple - Builder (Pictou County)

A long time coach in the Pictou County area, Robbie helped build the Pictou County Albions into one of the premiere Intermediate AAA teams in Nova Scotia. Robbie was an excellent coach and guided his team to many victories.

Class 2009 - Jamie Hutt-Semple - Builder/Player (Pictou County)

Jamie was a very competitive individual on the ball field. Around the Pictou County Albions he wore many hats: player, fundraiser, statistician and reporter to name a few. As important as these jobs were, Jamie took on the role of league President and guided the NSIBL for two years and helped the league grow and prosper.

Class 2009 - Sean Bennett - Player/Builder (Hantsport)

Sean Bennett was a fierce competitor on the ball field. He was an all star, an excellent hitter, a Shamrock coach and a leader. Sean was the epitome of what it means to be a Shammie – to bleed Shammie green. Upon retirement from playing, Sean stepped into the breach and has guided the NSIBL for the last few years as it has continued to function at a very high level.

Class of 2009 - Laurie Johnston - Builder (Hantsport)

It is a well known that Laurie Johnston is the cornerstone of the NSIBL and an integral part of the Shamrock Society. Laurie was there when the league started and has held the post of Treasurer since. A man of integrity, he has occupied many posts over the years in the league and on the provincial scene.
