Is Nationals really going through with coaches having to be dressed up? Curious to see the reasoning behind it. Most teams usually make "team" shirts to wear that day!

I've been told that this only applies to the coaching staff of level 4 teams, as it is being televised.

It does not only apply to Level 4 teams. It applies to all rostered coaches. Business Casual is the dress code. If all of the coaches have team warmups they can wear those. If you have team shirts you can wear those with nice pair of pants, NO JEANS. No flip flops at competition.
