Bears and Cubs mash under the sun
Culver City scored 12 in the 1st inning and kept on hitting for their 2nd win of the season. The Bears scored 7 in the 5th as the bats were hot all over on a great day for baseball.
Jordan French (5-5,2b,3r,4rbi) continued his torrid hitting streak. Steve Birkett (2-2,HR(3),3r,4rbi) hit his 3rd JACK in 3 games. Rick Fernandez (3-4,HR,2rbi) hit a 2 run shot to the soccer field for his 1st HR of the season for the Bears.
