Terriers Claw Back But Fall Just Short Against Creekside.

Terriers's effort to come back from down six runs in the third inning came up just short, as they fell 6-4 to Creekside Crocodiles on Saturday. Terriers scored four runs in the failed comeback on a error and a double by Andy Fletcher.

Terriers couldn't keep up with Creekside Crocodiles early in the game. Creekside Crocodiles scored on an error, a groundout by Matt Hultquist, a single by Diciccio, and a single by Kolby Wolf in the second inning.

Creekside Crocodiles captured the lead in the second inning. An error scored one run for Creekside Crocodiles.

Terriers scored four runs in the fifth inning. The big inning was thanks to a error and a double by Andy Fletcher.

Mussarri earned the win for Creekside Crocodiles. He went seven innings, surrendering four runs, six hits, and striking out five. Brock Wenger took the loss for Terriers. He pitched two innings, surrendering five runs, five hits, and walking zero.

Terriers collected six hits. Evan Maley and Fletcher each collected multiple hits for Terriers. Fletcher and Maley all had two hits to lead Terriers.

Diciccio went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Creekside Crocodiles in hits.
