Terriers Grab Lead In Fifth For Win Over Golden Spikes!

Terriers took the lead late and defeated Golden Spikes Baseball 12-10 on Tuesday. The game was tied at eight with Terriers batting in the bottom of the fifth when Dominic Cistone singled off of Ron Krsoovic, driving in one run.

Terriers collected 12 hits and Golden Spikes Baseball had 11 in the high-scoring affair.

Golden Spikes Baseball took an early lead in the first inning. An error scored two runs for Golden Spikes Baseball.

Chad Matthus earned the win for Terriers. He tossed two and a third innings, allowing two runs, one hit, and striking out two. Ron Krsoovic took the loss for Golden Spikes Baseball. He went one and one-third innings, surrendering four runs, five hits, and walking zero.

Dylan Moore started the game for Golden Spikes Baseball. He went four and two-thirds innings, giving up eight runs, seven hits, and striking out three. Andy Fletcher started the game for Terriers. He tossed one-third of an inning, giving up five runs, six hits, and walking zero.

Home runs for Terriers came when Will Haueter homered in the first inning and Dalton Davis homered in the sixth inning.

Haueter, Jared Houser, and Davis each collected multiple hits for Terriers. Haueter and Davis each drove in three runs to lead Terriers.

Brett Davies, Anthony Jackson, and Krsoovic each collected multiple hits for Golden Spikes Baseball.
