Four Indian Pitchers Combine To Shutout Brashear!

West Allegheny Indians defeated Brashear 18-0 on Thursday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Evan Ferretti induced a fly out from Christian Vollberg to finish off the game.
Austin Hendrick led West Allegheny Indians to victory by driving in four runs. He went 2-for-2 at the plate. Hendrick drove in runs on a single in the first and a home run in the second.
One bright spot for Brashear was a double by Moises Terrero in the second inning.
Shea Downing led the West Allegheny Indians to victory on the pitcher's mound. He lasted one inning, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out two and walking zero. Zach Logan, Ryan Dorste, and Ferretti all put in work on the pitcher's mound in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
Jimmy Kottler took the loss for Brashear. He surrendered 14 runs on 12 hits over two innings.
