I am very excited to see positive things happening with our youths in the inner-city of Harrisburg,PA. Clarence (Boobie) Watson please allow me to say congratulations to you for assembling a great platform. You are the consummate example of "giving back" to your community. As I recollect, I must acknowledge one certain fact. Coach Charles Chisolm (Former Midget League Redskins Coach)continues to have an impact on our community. Great Job! Respectfully, Zachary Warren
