About Home Grown Wrestling Club:

The Home Grown Wrestling Club Provides a unique opportunity for all boys and girls ages K-12 to learn and improve in one of the greatest and most rewarding sports Wrestling. Wrestling helps build self confidence, coordination, strength and conditioning, agilty and self accountablity. Everything you learn in wrestling will help with not only all other sports but it also helps prepare you for life.

Unlike other wrestling clubs and wrestling programs Home Grown Wrestling Club is doing something different and unique. We will not be your typical wrestling club or wrestling program. We are not here to replace or compete with other wrestling clubs or wrestling programs. We actually support and encourage you to stay and continue with them. We are here to offer your Wrestlers additional private and individual wrestling practice sessions, that will be in conjuction with and in addition to your current schools and wrestling clubs.

We are offering the private lessons because after being involved with the sport of wrestling in multiple states for nearly 20 years we know with the best efforts and best intentions coaches in big clubs and school programs just simply cannot pay attention to every wrestler in the room the entire practice. We know and understand its just not physically possible or practical.

At Home Grown Wrestling Club you won't get lost in the mix of large groups of kids practicing at the same time in the same room with limited coaches to help you or correct mistakes you make during practice and training. It's imortant to remember you will wrestle how you practice and train. Making mistakes is expected and actually good and helpful to grow and get better in the sport because you always learn more from your mistakes, however making mistakes and training wrong especially executing the technique wrong will lead to mistakes and losses on the wrestling mat and in touraments and duals quads etc...

At Home Grown Wrestling Club you will get and receive training and practice in an individual one on one setting with well trained and qualified wrestling coaches. We have no mandatory contracts or commitments. We have no set hours or days of practice you will set a time and day that will work for both you and the coaches. We will do individual practices with one or two wrestlers at a time with one or two coaches dedicated specifically to your wrestlers working with them on individual needs or goals. They will watch videos of their matches if desired so they can focus and correct mistakes they see during live matches.

Our focus will be on your wrestler and their improvement not on a team or school improving. We will not focus on anything except proper technique and learning and mastering wrestling skills and wrestling basics . We can do this because we are not doing this to make money as a big business or build a winning team and program. We are not interested in getting large numbers of kids signed up to make money. We are offering this because we love wrestling and want to help build and grow the sport and help kids reach their full potentional. Our Coaches are USA Wrestling Certified Wrestling leaders all have passed background checks through USA Wrestling. Our Wrestling Club is a USA Wrestling Chartered Club all Wrestlers are required without exception to be current card holding members of USA Wrestling to train or attend Home Grown Wrestling Club.
