About Us

BYS is a youth baseball organization for players age 4-18 years centered in Birdsboro, PA and serving Birdsboro and the surrounding community, including Union Township, Douglassville, Amity, Robeson and more.

We are an independent league and as such, there are no restrictions for residency.

BYS Baseball celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2012 and is a member of the Southern Berks Youth Baseball League(SBYBL).

SBYBL, established in 1980, consists of five member organizations along the I-176 corridor. They include BYS, Elverson, High Point, Morgantown and Plowville.

Separate from the SBYBL, our teams will also play against other BYS teams as well as teams from Oley, Douglassville, Earl Township and Pine Forge. We offer competitive teams at the 8U, 10U and 12U divisions which compete in several tournaments through the season and early summer. We also offer several City County League opportunities at the Diamond (12U), Prep (13-15) and Junior (16-18) levels.

BYS offers an instructional but competitive Fall Ball program that competes against other area organizations during the months of September and October.

BYS is an inclusive organization which is dedicated to teaching kids the fundamental skills of baseball and good sportsmanship. And we have the best snack bar around!!!
