nWo takes 1st place in the 4th Annual Kranzburg 14" Tournament despite having 5 players fishing up in Canada. With the help of a couple 2nd generation young guns, we were able to field a team for a last minute entry into the tourney. We defeated Mr T's and B&G Welding on Saturday. We beat Jeffrey's Supper Club to get into the 'Ship where we defeated Jeffrey's in a rematch for the Championship.

nWo softball wins the first annual Swing for the Fences Tournament held in Watertown MAY 24th. Our 1st game was scheduled for 11 am but our opponent did not show up. Our next game (scheduled for 4pm) started around 5pm and we were defeated by Eastway Bar& Grill/ Smokin Bats out of SF. We won our next 3 games to reach the championship. We won 2 tight games vs. Eastway Bar& Grill/ Smokin Bats to claim the Championship. We (6 straight games) finished at midnight very tired but happy with the results.

nWo finished 3rd in a tough 19 team field at the 13th Annual Doc's Softball Tournament in Milbank SD. nWo 10 run'd Nokken Chiropractic(Morehead) in the 1st game. Hoffman Diesel(SF) was the second victim on Saturday. Sunday began with a 15 run rule defeat of the SF Storm team. The nWo then came up short against the Sisseton Natives/Redbirds for a chance to get in the 'ship. Harris Construction (Hastings,MN) defeated the nWo 10-9 as a 7th inning rally came up short. Double plays killed rallies in the final 2 games but still a good showing in a very competitive tourney.
