Teams must be on the field 5 minutes prior to game time an 5 minute grace period will be giving to all teams if at least 2 of the team members are not in attendance to start the game the team will forfeit.

Coin toss will decide who gets possession of the ball and what direction each team will go.

Games will be 2 8 minute half's. The final minute in each half the clock will stop on incompletions and change of possesion.

A 30 second play clock will be running to eliminate a team from stalling for a win. Violating the play clock will result in a loss of down.

Each team will have 2 timeouts per half.

The ball will be spotted at the dash mark located 2 feet in front of the goal line.

Each team will have 4 downs to get the ball past the first down or mid field mark. If a first down is accomplished then the offense will have 4 downs to score.

Overtime will be college ruled each team will start inside the first down marker and get 4 chances to score until a winner prevails. If teams remained tied after 2 overtime periods they must then go for 2 point conversions.

A player is downed when his flag is taken of him. If a player is on the ground he will be ruled down when he is touched.

If a players flag is knocked off before he has made a play with the ball he then is downed my touching him.

For a legal catch the player has to have one foot in bounds.

One blitz an one sneak per four downs.

Any player who repeatedly knocks down an opposing player on purpose will be removed from the game and then the first half of the next game his team plays.

The QB must get rid of the ball within 8 seconds, if he dosen't the defense may come after the QB and will not be charged a blitz.

Options consist as a sneak so therefore only one per four downs.

Rubber spikes or tennis shoes may be worn no metal cleats.

If a team is short a player and wishes to pick up someone to fill the team, the new player must sit out the first six minutes of the ball game. Any player is eligible to be picked up as long as his team is not still in the tournament.

If the QB throws the ball behind the line of scrimmage and there is no run left the receiver becomes the QB and can not run unless the defense comes after him crosses the line of scrimmage and comes after him.
