Parents this is a list of things your child will need to participate

In West Seneca Football And Cheerleading:

All have to be in on August 1 2016


1=A Doctors physical covering the 2016 playing year

2= Copy of your child Birth Certificate

3 = A recent picture of your child

4 = Your Sold Fundraiser tickets Registration Fees



Registration fees are $100.00 + $50.00 in Raffle Tickets paid for up front , Each Player & Cheerleader will receive 10, $5.00 Raffle Tickets for a chance to win OVER $ 2000.00 IN CASH. Sell all 10 Raffle Tickets and you keep the $50.00 Dollars . This fee offsets expenses of the teams, maintaining the field and grounds, insurance, and end of season banquet and trophy for each player or cheerleader + Football Jersey, or Cheerleading Sneakers that participant keeps at end of season. Our fundraiser, family plan Cheerleading Mascots and refund policy for registration fees is as follows:

1 = Our only fundraiser is a $5.00 Raffle Tickets paid for up front . Each Player & Cheerleader will receive 10, $5.00 Raffle Tickets for a chance to win Over $2000.00 in Cash Prizes. Sell all 10 Raffle Tickets and you keep the $50.00.Dollars



2 = Family plan per participant (1)=$100.00, +$50 Tickets (2)=$200.00, +$100 Tickets (3)=$230.00 +$150 Tickets (4)=$260.00 +$200 Tickets There will be no refunds

3 = Cheerleading Mascots Under 6 years old on August 1 cost is $50.00 no tickets no sneaker fee for Mascots

4 = A request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the President of West Seneca Little Loop Football And Cheerleading, Inc. PO Box 306 West Seneca N.Y. 14224 for the Board of Directors review ,

2016 DIVISIONS FOOTBALL/CHEERLEADING

These divisions will allow our children to play Football & Cheerlead with friends that are in the same school grade as well as age level as themselves. The League will have four (4) age/weight, grade divisions, The maximum age and weight for each division is as follows:

1= PeeWee Age 5 - 7 on or before August 1 Max Weight 90 lbs.
2= Freshman Age 8 & 9 on or before August 1 Max Weight 110 lbs.  Striper UNLIMITED WEIGHT
3= J.V. Age 10 & 11 on or before August 1 Max Weight 130 lbs.  Striper UNLIMITED WEIGHT
4= Varsity Age 12 & 13 on or before August 1 Max Weight 160lb.  Striper UNLIMITED WEIGHT.  Exceptions for 14 year olds weighing 150 lbs or less.

Weight shall be that of a player wearing gym shorts and tee shirt. Age refers to League age and is that
age attained during the calendar year of any season, reference to August 1st.

PeeWees will be 5, 6 and 7 years old
Freshman will be 8 and 9 years old
Junior Varsity will be 10 or 11 years old
Varsity will be 12 or 13 years old.  Exceptions for 14 year olds weighing 150lbs or less.

The Football Program:
The program runs from the first week of August thru November. There will be approximately 10 hrs of practice per week starting July 30. After Labor Day Practices are approximately 6 hrs per week. Games will start in late August and most games will be played on Saturday but there may be a chance for a Sunday game . Oatka will schedule all regular and post-season games. All Games will be played under the current Oatka Rules.
