Our main focus will always be on individual development within team organization. We will also focus on individual technique to ensure our players are comfortable on the ball in any situation. Starting with our development academy, players will be masters of fundamentals and technique. With repetition comes muscle memory, with muscle memory comes instinct. We believe players need to be developed in a very technical manner, thus creating a greater spectrum of skill. Team systems and tactics are only as good as the individual player. We view the game as a sequence of plays between 2, 3 and 4 players in an ever changing part of the field. Our teams successes will be based off how our individual players break down these sequences. Consequently, our main focus will always be on individual development within a possession style of play.

Baltimore Union Soccer Club strives to establish a positive environment for competitive youth soccer. Our goal is to improve youth development and to provide a platform for players to reach their full potential, both on and off the field. We achieve this by focusing on hard work, determination, dedication, and most importantly teamwork, while nurturing a passion for the game of soccer. Baltimore Union SC seeks to attain the reputation as the best option for youth soccer in the Baltimore area.
