WORKOUTS

Our rigorous workout sessions are key to sharpening your fundamental skills such as basketball conditioning, dribbling, footwork, teamwork, court IQ, etc.

Players have noticed conditioning and fundamental skills increase dramatically after only a few weeks of workouts.


SMALL GROUP TRAINING

These small group training sessions will focus on specific skills. Coach Joe will work with each player to work on sharpening individual fundamental basketball skills.

SKILLS FOCUS SESSIONS
Sessions will usually cover but not limited to: ball-handling, footwork, defense, conditioning, proper nutrition, and offensive skills like shooting. Maximum number of players: 4.

SHOOTING CLINIC SESSIONS
Sessions will usually cover but not limited to: shooting techniques (free throws, mid-range, three's), footwork, positioning, and drives to the basket. Maximum number of players: 2.

PERSONAL TRAINING
For players who want to make their school teams, or for players who don't get many minutes and want to become a starter, or for starters who want to get to the next level. Coach Joe will evaluate the player's skills, create drills and work on individual techniques. He will also give specific instructions on what can be done to improve. Maximum number of players: 1.

INTENSIVE TRAINING
Our intensive training sessions are geared for the older and more experienced player. These sessions are fast and will focus on individual skills training by position. Training sessions are 60 minutes of focused intense training on shooting, dribbling, footwork, agility, and offensive moves. Maximum number of players: 2.
