--ok this is how it is gonna work in case you are interested. Any question, please feel free to ask.

1. The salaries for all players bought in 2022 are there salaries for 2023 if you decide to keep them on your roster. All FA players (with no salary from the year before) will be $.25.

2. As an owner, you can keep all of your players. You can keep none if you want to start from scratch. 

3. Your college players are yours to carry over. Before the draft starts you make sure you want to keep all your rookies, if not they are bid-able.

4. ALL COLLEGE PLAYERS WILL BE $0.00 FOR THE FIRST 2 YEARS....then they will be $0.25.

5. Now this is important! With whomever you decide to keep for next year, you then must decide to give them a contract or not. No contract means you get them for just next season, or you can choose to give them a 1yr - 5yr contract. See below for the amount:
--1yr - $1.00 (c-24)
--2yr - $2.25 (c-25)
--3yr - $3.50 (c-26)
--4yr - $4.75 (c-27)
--5yr - $6.00 (c-28)

---here is the important stuff. If you decide to get rid of this player, with the exception of a trade because the new owner assumes his contract, you will be charged a 10% penalty of his salary to go into dead money for your following season. Ie, I give JONES a 5 yr contract so now his salary as follows:
2024 - $35+1 = $36
2025 - $35+2.25 = $37.25
2026 - $35+3.50 = $38.50
2027 - $35+4.75 = $39.75
2028 - $35+6.00 = $41

If you cut someone with a contract it will cost you 10% of their salary times the number of years they have left. That goes into dead money! So just don't be giving out contracts like candy!

8. The college draft order is determined by how you finish.  9th place thru 13th place...weighted names put into a hat and draw for picks #1 to #5.......14th place picks 6th, 15th place picks 7th.....18th place picks 10th

9. Kickers and defenses will now be put into a snake draft...order will be determined just like college players......Defense and kickers will be assigned a dollar amount that comes out of your salary cap.

10. A franchise tag can be used on 1 one player per season, and not used on the same player twice.....it will be labeled (F-xx) and you add $5.00 to their cost!

11. Starting 2024, college draft will go back to 2 rds

12. FAB waiver system now in place

13.  Bench will now consist of 10 spots
