ICFL ID Cards - SOP
Each team will have ID cards created for each player and signed by an officer of their current board.
ID Cards
- Cards must include the following information
- Name
- Team
- School
- DOB
- Date Issued
- Certified by / date
- Grade
- *EXCEPTION*
- Cards must show an exception year
Card Process
- Game Day
- Home Coach will designate an area for card swap
- Rosters will be given to the opposing team
- ID Cards will be presented to opposing team
- Visiting team will go first
- Home team parent (designated by team Head Coach) will review the visiting teams ID cards and match them to players
- Player will come forward, state their name and grade
- Home team will then be reviewed
- Visiting team parent (designated by teach Head Coach) will review the visiting teams ID cards and match them to players
- Player will come forward, state their name and grade
- Once all kids are reviewed ID cards are returned to opposing coach
- If player is late they will be reviewed by opposing team parent (it is the responsibility of that child’s Coach/team parent to seek out opposing team parent)
- No player will be allowed entry into a game beyond the end of the 2nd quarter
- No player not reviewed will be allowed to suit up and play
NO EXCPETIONS WILL BE ALLOWED!
ONLY KIDS WITH PROPER ID CARDS PLAYING FOR THE DESIGNATED TEAM ON CARD PROVIDED WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRESS AND PLAY.
