In an effort to streamline the process and make the most of our new technology,
we are making a few changes from years past.
Beginning with this spring’s physicals, we will not accept any more paper physical packets.
The only paper that is to be turned in will be the Physical/Medical History page.
Everything else will be done online.
This also means no more notarization
on Emergency Forms.
Please refer all athletes who need a physical to our online paperwork page. It can be found at coppellisd.rankonesport.com. They can then click on the DIRECTIONS tab, read the directions, and fill out all of their paperwork online.
We will be handing out flyers with this information and instructions as we get closer to physicals. If you guys could go ahead and change your web pages, it would help us a lot. We will be having computer lab times available towards the end of the school year and the end of the summer/beginning of football and volleyball seasons for parents and students to come fill out their paperwork.We are opening these labs for people who don’t have internet access at home. We are encouraging people to do this at home or on their own!
