Player/Team participation will be based on grade

13 minute halves - No running clock

Mercy Rule - The clock will run if one team has a 20 point lead. If the lead is cut to 10, normal clock operation will resume

Two (2) Full and two (2) thirty (30) second timeouts per team

Overtime period will be 1 minute. Second Overtime period will be sudden death with the first team to score declared the winner

Each team will have one timeout during an overtime period. No timeouts will carry over from regulation to overtime.

Halftime will be no more than three (3) minutes

A team will reach the 2 shot free throw bonus on their opponent's 10th team foul of each half. There will be no one and one bonus on the opponent’s 7th team foul

Only two (2) coaches passes per team

Only coaches listed on team roster may sit on team bench.

Home team will keep scorebook. Away team must have someone able to keep clock

Girls' teams and Boys' teams 8U - 12U will play with 28.5 ball

Boy's 13U - 17U teams will play with 29.5 ball

All teams are expected to arrive for games forty-five (45) minutes prior to the scheduled start times. Scorebooks must be filled out, verified, and marked with starters before the game begins. If a team is not on the court at the scheduled game time an official forfeit will be declared. In bracket play, if a team cannot advance, the losing team advances as if they had won the previous game.

Players will be allowed to play for one team only. Once a player plays in a game for one team, she will no longer be eligible to participate for any other team in the tournament.

Warm-up balls will not be provided. Game ball will be provided

Each player will be allowed a total of five (5) fouls before being disqualified.

There will be a minimum of a 3 minute warm-up period

Home Team will wear a White uniform / Away Team will wear a dark uniform

Home Team will be required to keep the score book for each game. Home team will be listed first or on the top of the bracket. Home team will sit to the left of the score table facing the court.

Game times will start at the posted time

Player, Coach, or Staff ejections may result in a one game suspension or removal from the tournament at the discection of the Tournament Director
