At the end of the spring season, each division will create one or more all-star teams. The team will participated in the PONY Region All-Star Tournament against local PONY leagues such as Mira Mesa, Tecolote, La Jolla, Ramona, and North City. The selection of the all-star will be based on the selection process rules. The all-star team will be managed by a PH manager also selected by the all-star selection process. Participation in a PH tournament team will not be considered in the selection process. Information on All-Star process can be found under the Rules & Documents menu. In preparation for the tournament, players will attend additional practices and many scrimmages against local travel ball teams. The PONY Regional All-Star tournament is held in June, shortly after the regular season ends.
