FLAG REGISTRATION: The registration fee for Flag football for ages 4 to 6 is $100.00 plus league fundraiser.

 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Payments are accepted with a $50.00 deposit. If you pay a deposit, the full registration fee must be paid not later than June 30, 2019. ALL DEPOSITS WILL HAVE A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR PLAYER HITS THE FIELD. Payments can be made at all sign up locations. Check the website often for sign up locations and times. There will be no payment plans after June 30, 2019. All registrations after June 30, 2019 will have to be paid in full at the time of registration.

 

FLAG REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: Soft helmet, game jersey, Referee fees, required insurances, team picture package (Includes: team photo, individual button & (4) individual wallets), Award Ceremony entrance and individual trophy.

** IMPORTANT: Soft Helmets MUST be returned to the league at the end of the season. ***

 

AGE VERIFICATION FOR REGISTRATION: We will need an ORIGINAL birth certificate OR school age verification for each player for verification of age. All ORIGINAL birth certificates must be turned in to the Chapter AD on or before the first day of practice. We will need this to certify each players age and will be returned to you once players age is confirmed.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIRED: Each player is required to have a physical completed by a Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s assistant on the Junior All American physical form that we will supply to you. Physicals completed by a Chiropractor and/or Registered Nurse WILL NOT be accepted by the league. All physicals must be dated after 04/01/2019 and completed before the first day of practice. No cheerleader will be allowed on the field without a completed physical.

 

WHEN SEASON STARTS: The first day of practice for the 2019 season will be July 22, 2019.

 

HOME FIELD LOCATION: Our home field is located at 525 Murrieta Rd. in Perris.

 

PRACTICE DAYS: Once the season starts practice will be held 5 days a week (Mon. – Fri.) for the first 5 weeks of the season. Each team will go down to 3 days a week of practice beginning the week after Labor Day. The days of the week and times for practice beginning week 4 will be confirmed by the Head Coach for the Flag team.

 

GAME DAYS: Flag games are almost always played on Thursdays in the afternoon after 5:00pm.



TEAM FUNDRAISER REQUIREMENT ($750): Each team is required to participate in a league fundraiser. Each team will determine the fundraiser and the Team AD will advise all parents of the fundraiser once the season starts. The Flag team is required to raise $750 for the league. This $750 is due not later than week 4 of the season for every team.
