     IMPORTANT RULE CHANGE !
Starting this summer our RED card policy will change !
With the Recreation Commissioner’s mandate that teams only play (8) eight games
prior to the playoffs, our new RED card policy will change to the following ...

RED card or 2 yellow cards = 1 game suspension.
RED card that involves any form of fighting = 2 Game Suspension
RED card that involves any verbal abuse to a referee = 2 Game Suspension.

2 REDS = Done playing or coaching for the summer.

* The TOB Soccer Supervisors will have the final say on any RED card suspensions.

     IMPORTANT RULE CHANGE !
Starting this summer teams can sub freely on any dead ball.
With 30 minute halves, players can be waiting at midfield trying to sub for 5 minutes waiting for
their own team's throw in. Now coaches can sub on either team's throw or dead ball situations.
 
* PLAYERS MUST  BE AT MIDFIELD WITH THE SCOREKEEPERS BEFORE THE DEAD BALL. 
* NO  HOCKEY SUBS FROM THE BENCH.
* TEAMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SUB DURING THE LAST TWO MINUTES OF EACH HALF OR OVERTIME.
* Teams will be allowed to sub in the last two minutes if there is an injury.

Effective now ... players and coaches must register on-line using this website.
     (The program will no longer use Blue & Pink parent permission cards).

PLAYERS & COACHES must register on this website.
It will now be the players and coaches responsibility to register on-line to play or to coach.

After you click on the waiver you need.

Fill out all the information the form asks you for.

After you submit the waiver let your varsity coach know you registered on-line and filled out the 2025 player waiver.
Your coach will check you off on his TEAM ROSTER and you will be allowed to play.
