In Saturday's games on 6/29, ROMO'S PIZZA gave up an early one run lead to the Lia Group, but came right back to score five runs and went on to a 15 - 5 victory.  Highlight of the game (for ROMO'S) was a monster solo HR by Bartolo Tiburcio, followed one batter later by Mark Slusar's inside the park HR.  In the 2nd game, American Legion went out to a 14 - 2 lead over Action Transportation after 2 innings, and managed to hold off a Boston Red Sox comeback (sorry, wrong game - Action) and win 18 - 14.  Highlight from this game was 2 homers each from Action - Jesse Paluch and Paul Peters and a solo HR by Ralph Scunziano - all five were inside the park pieces of work.

Play of the Day was all from the latter game, with Ian Duckor running in from center to catch a sinking line drive at his shoetop.  Gary Onderdonk and Ralph Scunziano both share Honorable Mention, Gary making a diving catch in LF and Ralph an over the head catch running back into left center.
