Da FAM Club girls found a good group of girls and took the show on the road beating the Roughriders,Wesconn Phillies and the Ct shamrocks twice in pool play and the playoffs to make it to the Championship game against Arch rival North End Rec of Waterbury coached by a Good friend of mine and Da program "Ralph". On the way the girls all showed good position play as Nicole held down the point Guard position,Cara Deroy at da 2 guard scorching all oppentents with da Crossover floater with the left ,siter Molly down low on da Block cleaning up all misses and starting Fast Breaks,Bria Holmes at the 3 taking people of da dribble and sneaking steals away from the opposite side and Taleesha Peeler in da middle cleaning the Glass and protecting da basket as well as teaming up with Cara with high scorer and a few games...Missing from the Photo is our Combo guard Shayna Calandro who held the season down for us all year as well as a couple of the Nutmeg Games.Also missing is Shemmecca Clarke who missed the Championship game.This a young group of girls who showed alot of Heart and could do some damage together if the renegotiate their contracts for Next year.Especially with the 6 footer we jus signed from New Haven Area that was not there.
