Who is Lindsay?

Senate Bill 252 is named for national heart health advocate and former Miss Ohio Lindsay Davis who suffers from a heart condition and has since dedicated her career to raising awareness of this potentially fatal condition
 

There is a video that all parents much watch and sign a paper by them and there children. Each Coach will be responsible for getting this paperwork done and turned in to local soccer board.  At the bottom is a direct link to Ohio Say to get the form & video mentioned in item #1 below!
