With that in mind, we ask you to consider sponsoring for our association this season. As a sponsor, your company’s name will be visible to the more than 300 players, their families, and their friends that visit our park and our website during the spring and summer months. The funds raised from sponsorships help us to cover the ever-increasing costs associated with a quality program. This includes uniforms, equipment, umpires, and field maintenance. Your generous sponsorship dollars help to provide an opportunity for the youth of our community to learn the games of baseball and softball, the value of teamwork, and the responsibilities of being on a team. In addition, with the help of your sponsorship, GYAA will continue to offer assistance to those players who may be in financial need.
All donations are tax deductible as we are a valid 501.C3 non-profit organization.

Option #1: Platinum Sponsorship - $1,000.00
• ‘Naming Rights’ to one of six GYAA Fields (ex: AT&T Field 2) for 2019 season
• Prominent signage on backstop (facing the center of activity at GYAA Park)
• Announcement as field name before every game on that field
• Recognition on GYAA league website with a link to your company’s website.
• Includes Team Sponsorship with team picture plaque (See Below)
Option #2: Team Sponsorship - $325.00
• Company name on the front of each team member’s jersey plus inclusion on the list of all the team sponsors on the back of every shirt worn by all the coaches in our association.
• Signage on one of the six ball field fences.
• Recognition on GYAA league website with a link to your company’s website.
•Team picture plaque to display at your business.
Option #3: Park Sponsorship - $200.00
• Signage on one of the six ball field fences.
• Recognition on GYAA league website with a link to your company’s website.
Option #4: Website Sponsorship - $75.00
• Recognition on GYAA league website with a link to your company’s website.
Option #5: Monetary or Material/Services Donation:
• Money donated to help provide Financial Assistance to needy players, repair and maintain fields, upgrade and maintain equipment, pay registration and insurance fees, etc.
• Donation of materials and services, such as: tools, grass seed, lime, gasoline, mowing, concession supplies, equipment, repairs, etc.
