All volunteers, managers, coaches & team parents participating in Hampstead Baseball are required to complete a background check.  This is to be completed before any interaction with kids in our program, including preseason indoor or outdoor work outs.

We will accept background checks completed through the Carroll County Dept. of Recreation & Parks as long as they were done

after August 1, 2022.  A copy of the badge can be sent to:
