Jesse Garcia Speed/Fast Training Baseball Specific for the Baseball player

Training will consists of Explosive short Bursts movements related to specific In-game Baseball situations

There are so many speed Trainers out there but most have never ran the base paths, stole 2nd or 3rd Base, taken extra base due to Experience 

In-game knowledge details are the key to instinctively learn to be a great base runner to score runs and scoring runs is the key to winning games.

There are so many BAD base runners who are FAST! 

Program Details: Once per week /  1 Hr per session/ 10 am on Saturdays

$120 Session #1 Dec. Dates: Saturday 1st, 8th,15th, 22nd  (4 Total) 

$120 Session #2 Jan. Dates: Saturday 5th ,12th, 19th,26th (4 Total)

Locations that will be used is  below 

Buck Egger Park Turf Field 900 Mays St. ( Behind Academy & Pluckers in Round Rock) and Cedar Ridge HS.  

Cost is $120 per session or Both is $200  (paid upfront at time of 1st session)
