 The 7 day forecast shows no break in the cold trend. With the fields still frozen and snow-covered, it is very doubtful they will be playable as first hoped. The spring soccer opener will now be April 29th. This will extend our season to June 9th. The Memorial Day weekend was kept open with no games planned.

 You will also note "Soccer Sunday" for April 29th. The township has community cleanup day set for Saturday April 28th, so the soccer park is closed. These games were moved to Sunday afternoon. This was done to leave open the Memorial Day weekend and reduce further season extension. U12/14 will still play Saturday with all games at Chippewa.

 Team rosters and schedules have been posted.  Some teams are still without coaches. Please let me know your team's coach so I can update the list.

 We still have a few limited openings in all age brackets--especially U12/14. It would great if we can put players in those remaining shirts.  You are the best recruiters--please spread the word. Every kid should give soccer a try.
