Mechanicsburg beat New Cumberland on the road to take the first game of the championship series. Hayden Fry pitched a complete game 4 hitter.  He gave up one unearned run.

Kyle Hannon lead the offensive attack with 4 hits in four trips to the plate. He knocked in 2 runs.  In all the Cardinals banged out 14 hits.
