To reserve the BBQ

First check and make sure the BBQ is not already booked. To do this

1 - Click on the Calendar tab on the left side of the page

2 - Change the Select a Calendar (top, middle of page)from General to Equipment Rental

3 - Verify the date and time you need is not already taken

4 - If available, click on the email link below to send your reservation in

Please put in Dates and Times needed - There have been times when the BBQ was needed more than one time in a day.
