Fall Ball

-       2 Pixie teams, 2 Cadet teams

-       Teams will play Dayton, Cole and Wea

County meeting has tabled the following until January

-       6 innings instead of time limit for Juniors and Minors during end of year tourney

-       End of season tourney draw to occur earlier due to home teams seem to always get the bye

-       Need to pick up more umps

-       Question – Is ball live if thrown by catcher to 1^st base and is overthrown to right field

-       Only 8 out of 24 teams showed for end of season meeting

Upper Girls

Fall Ball

-       Juniors/Minors will combine @ 13

o    Schedule practice to begin next week

o    Not many teams in the county to play, as not many Juniors or Minors signed up

o    No Minors teams within the county

o    Play rules of division playing with combined teams

-       16 games scheduled with last game @ home on Oct. 19^th

-       Have until Friday to signup

-       Emailed out Team Captains rules

-       Sponsors collect to make shirts

o    5 sponsors @ $150/team

-       Run full concessions

-       All day 9-6pm, Championship game @ 6pm

-       Put in order for money for day of event (concessions, umps, raffles, petty cash)

Chad and Brittany will go to bank to set up Brittany access to accounts until Treasurer position filled
