Chad Longe is a former head baseball coach and athletic director at Lanier High School in Sugar Hill, GA. Chad has also made stops at North Gwinnett High School, Lake Taylor High School (VA), Loyola University-New Orleans, The Waynesboro Generals of the Valley League, Virginia Military Institute, and Rockbridge County High School.

Coach Longe helped lead Lanier to 3 state playoff births in his 5 seasons at the helm, including at run to the Elite Eight in 2014. Coach Longe has had several players play at both the college and professional levels in his career.

Chad has been named as a coach for the Gwinnett County Senior All-Star Game three times and head coach of the Gwinnett/Cobb Underclassman All-Star Game once. He has worked as both a private instructor and head travel coach in Gwinnett.

Chad is former pitcher at Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach. He was a 4 year letter winner at Virginia Wesleyan and two-time conference champion in 1997 and 1998.

In 2015, Chad stepped down as head coach of Lanier to spend more time with his wife and 5 children. He currently serves as Dean of Students and Athletic Director at St. John Bosco Academy in Cumming, GA.
