To whom it may concern,

The suspension of Billy Brown issued December 15, 2017 has been reviewed.

With input from Billy and his Team Captain the committee has decided to lift the suspension with the following written conditions agreed upon:

• a long-term zero tolerance misconduct probation period
• supporting measures to prevent a similar situation that led to the suspension from occurring again

Billy will be allowed to participate in League activity again starting October 5, 2018.

Any concerns regarding Billy's conduct before, during, or after any league game should be brought to the attention of the Disciplinary Committee as soon as possible.

If the written agreement is breached Billy will face a multi-year suspension from all League competitions.
