UPCOMING MEETING

Hello Folks,

Whitman Youth Soccer has its mandatory monthly coaches' meeting tonight at 7:30. We will be meeting at the Whitman Middle School in the library. 

We have many important issues to discuss, so please be present so that you can learn about new items and also give your input about the proposed bylaw changes, etc. A partial agenda is below.

Coaches, if you haven't gotten your quarter-zip yet, please let me know what size you want and I'll bring those to the meeting. We reordered sizes we had run out of, so we should be able to get everyone what they want.

  • Review Board Elections topic and advertise positions that could be or will be open
  • Present proposed By Law changes
  • Review Fall Registration dates and Fees more details to follow but: 
    • Early bird- 6/1-6/30
    • Regular – 7/1-8/15
    • Late fees after 8/15
  • New Security Process coming in June for all adult volunteers

  • Update on playoffs and anything else from SSSL meeting
  • Holt field putting flags and benches away
  • Players that are being used to in games with the pass cards
