BIG CHANGE MADE FOR 2019 CFSL SEASON!
The Christian Fellowship Softball League has decided after 14 season that in season number 15 a new ball will be introduced to the league. After using 11'' inch fast pitch balls, we will be switching to the 12'' inch Clincher balls (non-Gold) editions. The request was made upon review with fellow managers and players for safety purposes. The league will maintain the use of wooden regulated softball bats for 2019. We look forward to continued competitive fun with an awesome time of fellowship. -Commissioner Joel.
NICARAGUA ARE 2018 CFSL CHAMPIONS!
Team Nicaragua overcame a 1-0 series deficit to win back to back games and capture their third CFSL League Championship. Nicaragua was led by Starting pitcher Ivan who collected both wins and series MVP Honors. Dominican Republic fought hard in it's first season led by manager Papo Vargas but it was the leadership of head coach Pedro Urbina and his cast of talented veterans such as Alexis Urbina, Freddy Vallecillo Jr. & Sr., as well as Luis Nieves and a slew of other key contributors that gave Nicaragua their third league title. Congratulations to the entire Nicaragua ball club and it's fans.
