Gold Glove: Mitch Kirtley, Kirtley made all the plays out there, including a rally stopper in game 1, to a play to save a shutout in game 4, everyone else can hardly keep up.
Silver Slugger: Mitch Kirtley, It was hard to keep Kirtley from hitting a homerun in the first 3 game, but C. Davis managed to keep him from his daily dinger in game 4.
Cy Young: Tyler Davis, T. Davis was just too good in his 2 1/3 inning was work, only giving up 5 hits and striking out 6, while giving up NO runs at all. Most Valuable Player: Tyler Davis, When T. Davis was there, his team blew out their opponent. He lead the league in Batting Average, OBP, Walks, ERA, and WHIP.
Kings Comeback Against Crabs
On March 8, 2019, the Crabs did something no team has done before against the Kings. They scored 8 runs in the first inning, giving the Kings an 8-2 6 run deficit to work with at the end of the 1st inning, a deficit the Kings handled perfectly. Mitch Kirtley finally settled in on the mound in the bottom of the 2nd, after the bats came alive in the top of the 2nd. In the top of the 3rd Mitch Kirtley hit a homerun to bring, and Damian Henderson batted in the Kings 9th run of the day. The bottom of the 3rd brought only 3 Crabs batters to the plate, and 3 straight K's for Mitch Kirtley on the mound, in route to a Kings 9-8 comeback win.
