Welcome to the home page of the Capital City XPRESS!  The Capital City XPRESS is a youth competitive 8U fast pitch softball organization based out of Central Illinois.  The primary focus is to develop girls physically and mentally into their full potential to become outstanding competitive softball players as they advance upward!
