Eagle Stix LaxMas Tournament Champions

The Jokers wrapped-up a very successful and eventful Fall and Winter playing 6 games over the weekend and winning the Championship. 

Hosted by Eagle Stix Lacrosse, the 2nd year LaxMas Tournament provided a weekend of good competition and good times for Joker players, their families and lacrosse enthusiasts.




Jokers make it to LB3 Championship Game

It was a soggy weekend but the Jokers were out in full force. 

Saturday's 4-0 day ended with a strong amd memorable comeback and victory over Rudolph's Revenge.

Sunday, the Jokers were prepared and played smart. In a knock down drag out FINAL, the Faceoff Frosties out lasted the team 13-10 for the Championship. The Jokers however represented themselves, their families and their team with class and composure.



Syracuse/St Johns to faceoff in Atlanta

One of the highlights of St. John's upcoming season promises to be its clash with former conference rival and 2013 NCAA Tournament runner-up Syracuse scheduled for Saturday, March 8 in Atlanta, Ga. The Red Storm and Orange are no strangers to playing on some of college lacrosse's biggest stages, with then-No.12/10 Syracuse using a late-game run to score a 13-11 win over St. John's in last season's inaugural Whitman's Sampler Independence Classic at PPL Park in Chester, Pa. The neutral site meeting will also be a rematch of the inaugural Big East Lacrosse Championship in 2012.

MLL Returns to Atlanta for 2014 Championship

MLL Championship

BOSTON (December  9, 2013) – Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, in conjunction with the Atlanta Sports Council and Kennesaw State University, announced Fifth Third Bank Stadium,  in Kennesaw, Ga., as the venue for the 2014 MLL Championship Game on August 23.

 “We are thrilled to return to Fifth Third Bank Stadium and the Atlanta region,” said MLL Commissioner David Gross. “We believe in the growth of the sport in the area and having the Championship Game there is the next step as we contemplate future expansion.”
