The Pleasant Grove Falcons Youth Organization has been a steady fixture in the Pleasant Grove Community for over 15 years once headed by Marilyn McGill and Randall Parker. The Falcons Organization decided to go in a new direction in 2006 under the new leadership of Sherman Bowen and Trent Edwards. Sherman and Trent both were raised in Pleasant Grove the majority of their lives and surely understands what the Falcons mean to the Pleasant Grove community. They plan to keep the tradition going strong. Both are Coaches for the organization and both have led their teams to Super Bowl Titles. The Pleasant Grove Falcons are a non-profit 501c3 organization designed to place an emphasis on education while providing the highest quality youth football and cheerleading to children in Pleasant Grove and surrounding areas.
Our Purpose: The purpose of this organization shall be to provide the youth of the DFW area, regardless of race, creed, or color, the opportunity to participate in controlled athletic competition and to learn responsibility, sportsmanship, fair play, and what it means to be a Pleasant Grove Falcon with voluntary supervision from adults with attitudes that are foremost for the welfare of the youths and not for personal power or glory.
