Henry County Parks and Recreation will
be conducting background checks, please
go to HCPRD.org and follow the directions.

After you receive the email confirming you passed

you will have to go and have your picture taken for the ID

Total cost should be $11.00. 

$6.00 for the background check and $5.00 for the picture ID

Please print one off when you eject a coach/parent or player
or have any problems with someone during your games. After
it is filled out please turn into  any SMUA board member, so
we can get this addressed
