LABL Free Agent / Pool player form - We only play wood bat!

STOP!!! Are you trying to register as a player on a team roster??? Yes??? Well, you are on the WRONG form!!! This form is for free agents and pool players looking for a team to play on!!!! If you need to register as a player, please go back to our home page, and click on "Player Registration Form."

Now, If you are LOOKING FOR A TEAM TO JOIN (free agent), or you just want to fill-in (pool player), THIS IS THE RIGHT FORM TO FILL OUT. We will look at the info that you provide, make it available to all LABL managers and try to find the right fit. The more info you provide, the better chance you have of receiving a call from a potential manager.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

We want to know how serious you are about playing, so please choose the answer below that best fits your situation:

YOUR INFO WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL OUR MANAGERS, AND SHOULD A TEAM NEED A PLAYER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CALL. HOWEVER SHOULD YOU NOT GET PICKED UP BY A TEAM, YOU WILL BE INVITED TO OUR NEXT LEAGUE TRYOUTS.

1) I am ready to play and be placed on a team as a rostered player. This means; I can make the majority of my games and afford to pay (league fees, umpires and jersey costs are usually between $25 - $30 per player per team's scheduled games...ask manager for total due). The summer season starts in early March (20+ game season plus playoffs for qualified teams) and ends in late August or early September. The fall/winter season starts in early October (8+ game season plus playoffs for qualified teams) and ends in December. Choosing this option will not guarantee placement on a team, but the LABL is actively looking to place players on existing or new teams for this season which starts in March. If not immediately placed on a team, your info will be available to all managers who may need a player as the season progresses (which happens frequently), and should you not get picked up by a team, you will be invited to our next league tryouts.

2) I cannot commit to playing full time right now, but would like to be on the pool list as a fill-in player for teams to call on as needed. This means that if a team calls for a pool player, and I commit to playing in a game, I WILL show up and possibly pay my share of game umpire fees (usually $5 - $10). Should you commit to playing in a game and not show up, you will be removed from the pool list.
