Shall act as the general coordinator and executive officer. The President shall conduct and preside over the Board and general meetings, call all meetings and assign tasks as it deems appropriate. Appoints all committee chairs. Enforces Code of Conduct, House Rules and League Bylaws. Addresses disputes and complaints, and presents them to the Board, as necessary. Oversees the overall management of the League by the Board of Directors. In general, performs all duties incident to the office of President and such other duties as may be prescribed by the officers from time to time
