Coach Olear has been with the Rhinos since the organizations start in 2013. He has been head coach at the mite, squirt and pee wee levels. Coach Olear will be the head coach for the Rhinos squirt team for the fall 2018/2019 campaign. He is certified Level 3 with USA Hockey.

Coach Olear graduated from Fair Lawn High School and Fordham University where he was a 4 year letter recipient as quarterback of the football team. Coach has two sons in the program, Matthew and Wil.
